It is important that we continue to make the big and small muscles in our bodies strong. Have a go at the activities below over the week.
Lets' make our fingers strong and work on our scissor skills. You could explore using scissors to:
Cut pictures out of magazines and make a collage
Stick one end of a long strip of paper to a table and cut along the part of the paper that hangs to the floor.
Cut 'junk' to make a model.
Remember to use your scissors carefully and safely.
Lets make our fingers strong and have a dough disco following the link below. You will need something squishy like playdough or a sponge.
You could even help to make some playdough using Mrs Thorpe's recipe below.
Let's make our big muscles strong. Go for a bike or scooter ride. Perhaps you could make it a bit more challenging by adding some obstacles to ride safely around.
