It is important that we continue to make the big and small muscles in our bodies strong. Have a go at the activities below over the week. 

Finger Gym

Choose some of these finger gym activities to make your fingers strong. Try doing them with one hand and then the other. Which is easier?

Stop and Go Games

Have a go at playing these warm up games with your family. Remember to move carefully and try not to bump into anyone.

Dough

Lets make our fingers strong and enjoy exploring playdough. You can roll, pinch, poke, flatten, cut and mould the dough into whatever you would like.
