Children it is Tuesday and so we usually do some PE. You can choose to do Joe Wicks body coach again (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sX05HHni9Wk ) or you could do something outside. Some of you with "dancing feet" might like to try a Frozen dance by Oti Mabuse from Strictly Come Dancing. It is quite a challenge to start with but looks very good after you have learnt the moves by 10 minutes in (you will need a bit of space though and send me some pictures/ video if you manage it). Alternatively, you could go for a run, bike ride or walk outside.
