Can I join a Google Classroom Meeting using a personal email address?

No, any requests to join a meet will be denied, for safeguarding and security reasons, staff are only able to admit students who are using their school email address.  

I cannot login but I am sure my child's password and email is correct

All outlook and google accounts need to be signed out on your device.  Just closing the tabs will not work, each account (e.g. a personal gmail account or a work Microsoft account) needs to be signed out of.  

How does my child access Google Classrooms and Microsoft Email?

Your child's email and password is the same for both logins.
