On Monday 4th March, the whole school took part in a brilliant workshop with the illustrator Korky Paul. Korky drew characters from Winnie the Witch - a Winnikin and Winnie the Witch herself in different moods. The children drew along with him as he talked about decisions he makes when drawing, how his ideas come to him and how he doesn't know what the end result will look like when he starts - it's all part of the fun of using your imagination and enjoying the creative process. Korky thought that the Winnikins that our Buckland children drew were fantastic. We had such a fun morning - a huge thanks to FOBS for funding the workshop. What a great World Book Day week activity!
